Bishop Levingston has pastored God’s people in rural, urban, suburban, and multicultural settings for more than 40 years. He preaches and teaches the love and call of God to everyone in a manner that is Holy Spirit filled and rooted in scripture.

Bishop Levingston continues to serve the local church as Senior Pastor of Jones Memorial, The Higher Way Church for the past 17 years. He has been blessed to shepherd two smaller congregations, St. Paul and Pleasant Grove, as Senior Pastor since January of 2023.

He challenges the hearer to respond to the call of Jesus, “follow me and I will make you fishers of people.” He loves helping others come to know, love, and believe in Jesus for the forgiveness of sin and the gift of eternal life found only by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Bishop Kenneth Levingston was consecrated as one of six newly elected Global Methodist Church Bishops during the 2024 Convening General Conference. He is committed to walking with God’s people in fulfilling Christ mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ as we spread scriptural holiness across the globe.

Mark Barrow
Worship Leader

Dr. Luther Oconer serves as Associate Professor of Global Wesleyan Theology at Asbury Theological Seminary and is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church.

A respected scholar of global Methodism and revival movements, he teaches and writes on the relationship between Wesleyan theology, mission, and Spirit-led renewal. He regularly preaches internationally on revival and the work of the Holy Spirit and holds a Ph.D. from Drew University.
Rev. Rose Granato leads a house church which was planted in 2024. Originally from the greater Pittsburgh (PA) area, she and her family now enjoy life on their small farm in Sumner County, TN. For many years, Rose and her husband, Lou, served in youth ministry while in PA, where she also began her journey into pastoral ministry. Rose and Lou have four children and one grandchild. Currently, Rose teaches at a homeschool tutorial program in Gallatin, TN, where their youngest son is also a student. Yes, they are a homeschooling family; though they had not always been.

Since relocating, Pastor Rose has been on a journey with the Lord as He has led her to the ministry of deliverance. Rose and Lou continue to follow the leading of the Lord as they walk into this ministry, and prepare their children and church family to join them in answering the call to serve those in bondage through the power of Holy Spirit. She specifically has a heart for single mothers and children. Rose and Lou are enrolled in an advanced course on healing and deliverance through which they expect to grow and be trained as a ministry team to serve the Kingdom in Jesus' mighty name. Pastor Rose is an ordained Deacon in the Global Methodist Church on track toward Elder in the future. Through many trials, snares, and wanderings the Lord has brought Rose to this day....for which she is eternally grateful!
Mark was born into the church's life in 1968.He was born and raised in Elkton, Maryland. He attended and served Leed’s United Methodist church for 32 years. He grew in faith through great teaching, sacraments, service, and witness. There he got the call to be a worship leader.

In 1998 he was searching for more. He felt that the ministry was dry and just going through the motions. He attended an Aldersgate Conference in Dallas, TX. There he experienced the fullness of the Holy Spirit moving in a way described in the New Testament during Pentecost. He saw and felt the love of the Father like he had never experienced before. It reminded him of the scriptures where Paul asked believers: “have you received the Holy Spirit?” His answer was like theirs; he didn’t know there was a Holy Spirit. That experience took him on a journey serving the ministry of Aldersgate Renewal Ministries (ARM). Through the years, he has had the opportunity to serve in many aspects of the ministry, including A/V, Youth, Onsite coordinator for the conference, Local Church renewal events, and worship leading.

In 2000 he, his wife Betty, and son Christopher moved to Tennessee to be closer to the ARM headquarters and serve as a music director at a local UMC church. In 2001 the Lord opened the opportunity to serve as a worship leader and lay local pastor at another local Methodist church in the area.

In October 2016, the Lord led the ministry to elect Mark as the Chief Executive Officer of ARM. Following the lead of the Lord, he accepted that position. He continues to serve in leading the Aldersgate Renewal Ministries to equip and encourage God’s people to live empowered by the Holy Spirit.
