Kourtney Brownlow's journey into ministry began at the age of 15, when she felt a divine calling during a youth conference. This profound calling ignited her passion for a higher education that would equip her for a meaningful vocation in ministry. In 2005, she proudly earned her B.S. in Ministry Leadership from Williamson College.

From 2006 to 2015, Kourtney dedicated herself to ministry, embracing roles as a youth pastor and later as the Director of the Gate Ministries.

In 2014, a new chapter unfolded as she ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing her first business, a CrossFit gym. This venture marked the inception of a journey that saw her successfully navigating the realm of business ownership for the next 9 years. Her thirst for growth led her to enlist the guidance of a seasoned business mentor in 2019, a pivotal step that enabled her to grow in the area of business expansion and scalability.

Fast forward to today, Kourtney stands as a certified business mentor herself, extending her expertise to clients spanning North America. A devoted wife of 15 years to Daniel, Kourtney is also a proud mother of four incredible children: Rajya (11), Hazel (6), Malachi (4), and Ivy (4). Nestled in Murfreesboro, TN, the Brownlow family finds joy in each other's company, actively engaging in family time, and nourishing their spiritual connection by being integral members of the Belonging Company in Nashville, TN.
Lee and Megan met through worship at Fellowship UMC. Lee is the Associate Pastor at Fellowship UMC in Murfreesboro, TN overseeing worship, technology, adult ministries, and discipleship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Music from Middle TN State University concentrating in classical guitar. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary.

While supporting Lee’s career and academic pursuits, Megan was a stay-at-home parent raising their 5 children. However, she still found time to serve in various ministry areas, including the missions board, youth leadership, the Way of Hope women and children homeless ministry, and the worship team. Megan has been the guest speaker and shared her special testimony at graduations, mission groups, and fundraisers for Portico, the local pregnancy crisis center. Now that her children are all school-age, she enjoys working in the library at her local elementary school. She loves being a light to children and serving the community.

Megan and Lee have led worship at various conferences, retreats, events, and camps. Sharing their testimonies and leading worship has been a passion for both from a very early age and one they love to share as a couple.
Mark was born into the church's life in 1968.He was born and raised in Elkton, Maryland. He attended and served Leed’s United Methodist church for 32 years. He grew in faith through great teaching, sacraments, service, and witness. There he got the call to be a worship leader.

In 1998 he was searching for more. He felt that the ministry was dry and just going through the motions. He attended an Aldersgate Conference in Dallas, TX. There he experienced the fullness of the Holy Spirit moving in a way described in the New Testament during Pentecost. He saw and felt the love of the Father like he had never experienced before. It reminded him of the scriptures where Paul asked believers: “have you received the Holy Spirit?” His answer was like theirs; he didn’t know there was a Holy Spirit. That experience took him on a journey serving the ministry of Aldersgate Renewal Ministries (ARM). Through the years, he has had the opportunity to serve in many aspects of the ministry, including A/V, Youth, Onsite coordinator for the conference, Local Church renewal events, and worship leading.

In 2000 he, his wife Betty, and son Christopher moved to Tennessee to be closer to the ARM headquarters and serve as a music director at a local UMC church. In 2001 the Lord opened the opportunity to serve as a worship leader and lay local pastor at another local Methodist church in the area.

In October 2016, the Lord led the ministry to elect Mark as the Chief Executive Officer of ARM. Following the lead of the Lord, he accepted that position.  He continues to serve in leading the Aldersgate Renewal Ministries to equip and encourage God’s people to live empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Josh Henry is an Australian-born pastor, speaker, and teacher at The Belonging Co in Nashville, Tennessee. Known for his dynamic preaching and relatable teaching style, Josh is passionate about empowering individuals to deepen their relationship with God and walk in the fullness of their God-given calling.

Josh’s ministry emphasizes the powerful work of the Holy Spirit, with a special focus on prophetic ministry. He believes in the transformative power of God to speak to His people, guide them, and release them into their divine purpose. His teaching is deeply rooted in biblical truth and inspired by a desire to see the church operate in the power of the Holy Spirit, bringing healing, restoration, and direction.
Josh regularly speaks at church services, conferences, and events, delivering messages that challenge, inspire, and encourage both youth and adults. His ability to connect with diverse audiences enables him to lead people into deeper encounters with God, empowering them to live with purpose, freedom, and boldness.

Josh travels nationally and internationally, preaching and leading ministry events where the presence and power of the Holy Spirit are at work. His Australian roots, coupled with his heart for the local church, make him a powerful voice for transformation and spiritual awakening in the global body of Christ.
Rand Burden has ministered for decades in various church leadership capacities: pastor, preacher, teacher, worship leader, and church planter. He is an ordained Methodist minister (GMC) with a DMin. in Leadership and Spiritual Formation and serves Aldersgate Renewal Ministries as the Director of Ministry, South West Region.

During a professional “tentmaking” career spanning forty years, Rand worked with the Indian Health Service and Presbyterian Medical Group in New Mexico. As a PharmD. clinician, he specialized in the prevention, management, and treatment of heart disease and risks. With this ministry and medical background, he noticed a significant correlation between physical and spiritual heart disease and how that relates to the Church. Over the years he has worked to address this by bringing faith and wellness together in orthodox, faith-based, holistic (spirit, mind, body) heart health initiatives for the Church.

He and his wife, Angie, have two grown children and three grandchildren. They live in Durango, Colorado with their dog Dude.
Stephanie serves as the New Believers Pastor at The Belonging Co, a thriving church community in Nashville, Tennessee, where she is dedicated to guiding individuals as they take their first steps in faith. With a deep passion for discipleship, she helps new believers build a strong spiritual foundation, navigate their faith journey, and find meaningful connection within the church. Her heart is to see people not only encounter Jesus but also become firmly rooted in their identity in Christ and engaged in a thriving church community.
Beyond her pastoral role, Stephanie has been a key voice in church conferences and leadership gatherings, including The Belonging Co Conference, where she has led breakout sessions on discipleship, prayer ministry, and fostering a welcoming environment for those exploring faith. She brings both practical wisdom and spiritual insight, equipping churches to effectively disciple new believers and create spaces where people feel seen, known, and empowered to grow.
Stephanie is passionate about helping pastors and church leaders cultivate Spirit-led, life-giving communities that prioritize both deep theological roots and an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit moves freely. She understands the challenges pastors face in integrating new believers into the life of the church and offers both encouragement and strategic guidance on how to walk alongside them effectively.
Her experience in discipleship, leadership, and church integration makes her a trusted voice for pastors looking to strengthen their ministries and build faith-filled communities that help believers—both new and seasoned—flourish in their walk with Christ.
