March 22-24, 2012 at the ARC

 He gave some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers.  His purpose was to equip God’s people for the work of serving & building up the body of Christ until we  reach the unity of faith and knowledge of God’s Son. God’s goal is for us to become mature adults to be fully grown, measured by the standard of the fullness of Christ.

What is the Gathering?

The Gathering is the annual assembly of our Board of Directors, Advisory Council and friends of the ministry.  It is the official Board of Directors meeting required in the by-laws of Aldersgate Renewal Ministries. It is also a time saturated with worship and prayer where we gather to seek God’s face thanking Him for the past, celebrating the present, and visioning for the future.

Anyone interested in ARM! The Gathering is open to all those who would like to learn more about the inner workings of the ministry. It is also a great way to introduce people to the ministry.

What About Housing?

ARM has arranged for special accommodation rates of $72 per night (plus taxes) at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel provides a complimentary hot breakfast.  Reservations can be made easily by calling 1-615-851-1891. Be sure to mention  “Gathering At The ARC 2012” to secure the special room rate.

What else should I know?

All meals will be on your own.  

Childcare will be provided while meetings are in session.  In order to make proper preparation, we must know if you are bringing your child(ren)  no later than Monday, February 27, 2012.

In Jeremiah 33:3 God extends the invitation: “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.”  The prophet Amos said, “Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets” [3:7].

That’s why we come together for The Gathering.  That’s why we need God’s presence in you here for this meeting.

God has graciously established ARM and allowed us to equip individuals and local churches to minister to the world in the power of the Holy Spirit.  Let’s seek His face to fulfill God’s calling, purpose, plan and destiny for ARM.  We rest in His promise: “Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart” [Jer 29:12-13].

How Can I Prepare?

Pray, pray, pray! ARM is offering a 14 day prayer guide to help us all prepare and seek the Lord for His will during these important meetings and time of fellowship.  The guide will be emailed to you a few days before the start date of Sunday, March 11th and we will conclude the prayer guide together on Saturday, March 24th, 2012.
